07.04.2015 – Migration Diary

29th day was slight rainy, high windy and pretty cold. Beause of the wind, migrants drifted to southern; therefore they passed far away from the observation point. Despite to tha bad weather conditions, White Storks has continued the passing with good numbers. Lesser Spotted Eagles did not access the second peak numbers, however; they passed with less number but regularly. The total number is approximately 2,000,  the species were respectively White Stork, Lesser Spotted Eagle, Common Buzzard, Black Stork, Marsh Harrier, Hen Harrier, Sparrowhawk, Booted Eagle, Osprey, Short-toed Snake Eagle, Black Kite, Kestrel and Pallid Harrier. Tomorrow the numbers will probably be better than today. If you will come to the watching migration,  you should prepare for the high northern wind.
