24.04.2015 – Migration Diary

46th day was sunny but warm and it was more active day in terms of migration than previous days. The total number was approximately 2,000. The increment of the number the White Stork is obvious; unlike this, the number of Common Buzzard and Lesser Spotted Eagle decreased. The number of Sparowhawk is still good. First White Pelican was recorded for this spring. The species are respectively White Stork, Lesser Spotted Eagle, Common Buzzard, Sparrowhawk, Black Stork, White Pelican, Booted Eagle, Marsh Harrier, Short-toed Snake Eagle, Kestrel, Black Kite, Steppe Eagle, Greater Spotted Eagle, Hobby and Long-legged Buzzard. Tomorrow, the passing will be similar with today as I expected.
